PRODUCT PRICES

The currency used in the transaction is Rupiah (IDR). If you buy our product in Indonesia, the price will be different from the price if you buy it abroad. This will depend on the tax/duty fee and laws applicable in the Country where you buy the product. In the case of international shipping, the shipping cost is subject to change, depending on the zip/postal code and the location/country where you access our website. Prices are subjects to change, at any time, without any prior notice. Only Epilog Furniture reserves the rights to change the price.

Product prices provided on the online retail outlet are used for Indonesian sales only.

PRODUCT COLOR

Display will vary in every monitor. Uploaded images may have slight differences with the real product, depending on the lighting when the photos were captured and your monitor setting.

HOW TO BUY ONLINE

Choose the product to buy from the list available on our website. Add the product to your shopping cart. If you think you will not modify or change your choice, please choose the checkout menu. You will be required to fill out your personal data in the required form for shipping information. Then, you will be guided to complete the payment via DOKU. Right after you have completed the payment, you will receive a notification email informing the connote number and your order will be shipped within 2x24 hours of estimated shipping duration.

HOW TO PAY

 Via DOKU, the payment can be made through some methods:

1. Using credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).
2. Using ATM Card/wire transfer (ATM Bersama, Prima, Alto).

 You will be guided by DOKU system during the payment process. After ordering, you have to complete the payment within 12 hours. Order will be automatically cancelled by the system if the payment is not completed within those 12 hours.

SHIPPING PROCESS

• For purchase confirmation with a payment made in between 08:00am – 12:00am, we will proceed the order on the same day. Shall the payment be made after 12:00am, we will proceed it on the following day.

• Free shipping applies to all cities in Indonesia.
• You will receive your connote number via information email, therefore you will be able to track your order shipping progress.
• We use PT. Pos Indonesia and Dakota as our shipping expedition.
• Order will be sent to the address provided by the consumer on their personal data when ordering the product.
• Shipping time is estimated within 7–14 business days, or depending on the shipping period based on the destination address.
• If the receiver refuses to receive the product sent by Epilog Indonesia, the consumer/recipient shall bear any cost incurred from the product reshipping to us. This also applies to the shipping to foreign country(-ies). Please refer to the Product Return Policy.

TERMINATION

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resale, or make use any of Epilog products for commercial purpose, without prior consent from and authority granted by Epilog Indonesia, which shall be specified in a separated agreement between you and Epilog Indonesia.

Mata uang yang kami gunakan adalah Rupiah. Harga produk akan berbeda saat anda berada di Indonesia jika di bandingkan kalau anda membeli produk kami dari luar Indonesia itu karena beban pajak/bea masuk dan hukum dari Negara mana anda belanja. Pada kasus pengiriman international, biaya pengiriman bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu, bergantung dari kode pos dan tempat/negara mana anda mengakses situs kami. Harga bisa berubah setiap saat, tanpa ada pemberitahuan. Hanya Epilog Furniture yang berhak merubah harga.

Harga produk yang tertera pada outlet ritel on line hanya untuk penjualan di Indonesia.

CARA MEMBELI ON LINE

• Gratis biaya kirim ke seluruh kota di Indonesia.
• Anda akan menerima via email informasi no resi pengiriman, supaya anda bisa tracking.
• Ekspedisi yang kami gunakan adalah PT.Pos Indonesia dan Dakota.
• Produk akan di kirim ke pada alamat, sesuai yang tercantum pada data konsumen saat mereka melakukan pembelian.
• Lama waktu pengantaran adalah 7-14 hari kerja atau berdasarkan periode pengiriman yang diperlukan tergantung pada alamat tujuan.
• Jika penerima menolak pengiriman dari Epilog Indonesia, maka konsumen/penerima akan bertanggung jawab atas biaya yang timbul dari pengiriman kembali ke tempat kami. Berlaku juga untuk pengiriman ke luar negeri. Baca Aturan Pengembalian Produk.

PEMBERHENTIAN
